Valve has not yet removed the ban on Sumail even though he is a professional player

Nearly a year, Sumail "Sumail" Hassan has not been able to remove the permanent ban from Valve on his Steam account - even his professional Esports player does not help.
This is confirmed by signs on his personal page Steam.
Although Sumail has transferred his records to private mode, notifying the Valve Anti-Cheat (Valve Anti) is still clearly displayed. Up to now, it has been 340 days since he was banned in CS2. This player tried to appeal the punishment, but it seemed that the developer had identified the British violation.
Sumail once asserted that he did not log in to the game for several months and did not understand why it was banned. Fans speculate that the ban may be related to the new anti -fraud system that Valve deployed in the game. It is not clear whether Sumail will create a new account to continue playing CS2 or not.
This situation can be compared to you being punished for parking in the wrong place while not even in that city - you try to prove your innocence, but the sign "paid a fine" still hanging in front of the door.
Recalling, Sumail was banned from playing forever from 2024 - a real shock for the Dota 2 community, because he was one of the most famous players and had never been involved in the case of fraudulent software.
